The Weekend approaches are you a Warrior or Waster?

Friday afternoon is here and that means only one thing ? or does it?

What sort of person are you?

Does the weekend herald 2 free days in which to bend, stretch, push and pull your body and as many heavy objects as you can safely find in as many different ways as is humanely possible?

Or does it provide 48 hours of getting bang at it and making sure every single drop of blood is contaminated with some form of poison and whilst there is life in your bones you will be partying hard and full !


Maybe it means a mixture of both (that never works!) maybe neither and it means you can sit on your fat ass all weekend watching tv!

Personally options A and B are far better than C.  If you choose option A and have been sat behind your desk all week with no activity remember to start slowly, take it easy and enjoy it.  If option B is your preferred method of activity and you have been living like an athlete all week and want to make sure your still in shape come monday then make sure you get plenty of sleep and lots of water. Dont bother lifting weights or training any more than a long walk or bike ride as you this would be counter productive.  If you choose option C then all i have to say is GET OFF YOUR FAT ASS and MOVE!

Anyway have a great weekend whatever you are doing, remember moderation is the key........................
