The Russian president has just passed a bill that means beer is now classed as alcohol!
Up until now anything under 10% was classed as foodstuffs and not alcohol.
We have known for years in this country that Fosters and other such piss weak brews cannot be considered alcohol but the Russians they had it at a whole new level.
