Wtf ? Has anyone else had experience of this? As someone who used to drink a lot of alcohol and therefore drank gallons of water, who now trains every day and so again drinks gallons of water what actual truth is there in this?
Surely The "Domestic Goddess" as she is known would put addiction to water right down the list after chocolate, cream, pouting, wearing a burkini to bondi beach and patronisingly telling us how to fill our bellies with as many calories as possible.
